How couples begin.

Couples begin with the Wealth Strategy Intensive, which stands alone as a valuable diagnostic of your numbers and patterns, but also provides the context needed to determine whether ongoing guidance would be helpful and what level of support fits best.

Because every couple’s situation is different, the Partnership Pathway is offered based on what your diagnostic reveals. You can learn more about the Wealth Strategy Intensive here.

When couples enter.

Couples move into the Pathway after completing the Wealth Strategy Intensive, when it becomes clear that ongoing guidance would support steadier progress and stronger decision-making.

This often includes couples navigating marital stress or financial complexity who would benefit from hands-on guidance to work through these challenges as a team and move forward more effectively. Sometimes the next steps are clear, but underlying patterns or the systems in place, or the lack of them, keep getting in the way.

These situations are common. The Pathway creates the opportunity to work intentionally, build new habits, introduce effective systems, and strengthen partnership over time with personal guidance.

What the Pathway supports.

Through the Partnership Pathway, couples develop the skills, systems, and shared understanding that allow money decisions to be made more confidently and collaboratively.

Over time, this supports clearer roles, calmer conversations, and more consistent follow-through. Couples learn how to approach decisions together, reduce friction around money, and build routines that make progress significant, sustainable, and less stressful.

How the work unfolds.

Our work together is guided by a framework that supports both your relationship and your finances. We begin by clarifying where you stand and how money decisions are being made, then focus on improving communication, aligning on shared goals, and building practical systems so you can move forward together.

Private sessions are supported by the Wealth Together online curriculum, reinforcing the work between meetings and creating steady, aligned wealth-building over time.

After the initial assessment, some couples choose to pause with a clear plan and renewed direction. When ongoing guidance is helpful, couples typically move into one of three paths, depending on what the assessment shows:

  • Short-term focused work (around 3 months)

  • Medium-term partnership work (around 6 months)

  • A full partnership pathway (typically around 9 months)

Sessions are typically bi-weekly. Investment generally ranges from $3,800 to $9,500, depending on scope and level of support. Specific recommendations are made only after the assessment, so couples aren’t committing to more or less than they actually need.

Optional group participation may also be available for couples who want continued guidance after their private work.

The framework.

The Partnership Pathway is grounded in my RISE framework, within the Wealth Together online course, which provides a clear structure for how couples build alignment, make decisions together, and create lasting financial progress.

  • Reflect: understanding where you stand, how decisions are being made, and what’s shaping your financial dynamic

  • Interrupt: noticing and changing patterns that can stall progress

  • Streamline: building practical systems that support day-to-day finances and shared goals

  • Empower: strengthening confidence, momentum, and long-term wealth-building as a team

This framework keeps the work focused and intentional, while allowing it to be tailored to each couple’s unique situation.

Client experiences.

“Dee was the perfect fit to help us navigate our conversations.”
We were so uncomfortable with the place we were at. One of us felt angry, and the other avoided money conversations. It was hard to find the right person, but Dee was a perfect fit for us. She helped us not only financially, but emotionally too. She’s that third party we needed to navigate our conversations and to cut to the core, to find the root causes.

And when we would get off the path, she would remind us of our goals and hold us to the fire. Now we see the light at the end of the tunnel and are prepared, with the tools she gave us, to build our future.

Mike & Lisa Bradley

I imagine us in 5 years living our best lives. Dee has spring-boarded us there.”
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dee and feel we’ve gained so much. A perfect example was when we were faced with a serious situation and had to make a sound decision about whether to move forward with an intense surgery for our sweet Sugar, and whether we were in a position to take such a large amount from our savings.

Together, we made the decision. It was done without one of us having to persuade or convince the other. We made it together, and that was a huge win, especially during a low time.

This work has truly made an impact on our money conversations, and we’re very grateful.

Robyn & Greg Podany

We’re out of debt now, thanks to the courage Dee gave us to make some big changes!”
Working with Dee was so worth it. We were tired of living the way we were and felt there was no way out, but we knew we needed to turn things around. From the beginning, Dee gave us the courage to make some big changes, and here we are now without credit card debt.

Since working with Dee, we’ve created new patterns that make money easier to talk about and much less stressful. It’s way easier for us to share goals and trust one another. What we really appreciated was Dee’s courage to tell us the truth, but to do it in a very kind way. She made an extra effort to understand how my mind works and helped us tailor systems that actually work for us.

Couples who work privately describe a shift in how they understand money, make decisions together, and move forward with confidence.

The next step.

If you’ve made it this far, you’ve likely recognized yourselves somewhere in this work. Maybe you’re feeling hopeful. Maybe you’re still unsure. Both are okay.

Some couples reach out feeling ready to schedule a Wealth Strategy Intensive. Others want a brief orientation conversation first, to ask questions and make sure this is the right next step before making the investment.

Either way, the goal is simply to take the next step that feels supportive and grounded for you as a couple.
