Group Coaching for Couples

Wealth Together

Build a calmer, more connected financial life together.

Wealth Together™ combines practical financial guidance with deeper partnership work, helping couples improve communication, build trust in decision-making, and create systems that support the life they’re building together.

Why this work matters.

Many couples care deeply about each other and genuinely want to be on the same team financially. But over time, money conversations can become tense, repetitive, avoidant, or emotionally loaded in ways that are hard to fully explain.

Sometimes one partner carries most of the financial responsibility while the other pulls back. Sometimes conversations circle without real resolution. Other times, couples are functioning well on paper but still feel disconnected, uncertain, or stuck underneath the surface.

You don’t need more pressure or more financial information. You need a way to better understand what’s actually happening, both practically and relationally, so you can begin making decisions together and work as a team.

No blame. No quick fixes. Just deeper understanding, healthier communication, and practical systems that support the life you’re building together.

Some couples begin with a Financial Partnership Review session as their first step.

What begins to change.

Calmer money conversations

Conversations become less reactive, less avoidant, and more productive over time.

Greater trust in decision-making

Couples begin approaching financial decisions with more teamwork, confidence, and clarity instead of tension or shutdown.

Shared financial awareness

Both partners begin understanding the bigger picture more clearly, instead of one person carrying the entire mental load.

Alignment around goals and priorities

Money starts feeling more connected to the life you actually want to build together, not just day-to-day problem solving.

More intentional systems

Together, we create practical systems that reduce stress, improve visibility, and support everyday financial decisions more consistently.

Less financial noise and overwhelm

As patterns and systems improve, money often begins to feel calmer, clearer, and less emotionally consuming.

How the work unfolds.

Our work together is guided by a framework that supports both your relationship and your finances. We begin by clarifying where you stand and how money decisions are currently being made, then focus on improving communication, aligning around shared goals, and building practical systems that support the life you want to build together.

Private sessions are supported by my Wealth Together™ online curriculum, reinforcing the work between meetings and helping couples create steadier, more intentional financial partnership over time.

After the initial assessment conversation, couples move into the level of support that feels most appropriate for their goals, patterns, and season of life.

  • Focused short-term work (around 3 months)—best for couples who are already aligned and want targeted support around a specific financial challenge, transition, or decision.

  • Partnership development work (around 6 months)—designed for couples who want to strengthen communication, build healthier financial habits and systems, and grow more confident working together over time.

  • A full partnership pathway (typically around 9 months)—for couples seeking deeper integration across communication, financial systems, decision-making, and long-term wealth-building together.

Sessions are typically bi-weekly, as schedules allow. Most couples invest between $2,500–$6,500, depending on the level and length of support. Recommendations are made only after a conversation, so couples aren’t committing to more or less support than they actually need.

The framework.

Wealth Together™ is grounded in my RISE framework, delivered through private sessions and the optional online curriculum. It provides a clear, supportive structure for how couples understand their financial dynamic, reduce stress, and build a strong, collaborative foundation for long-term wealth.

  1. Reflect: restoring perspective and permission by exploring money history, influences, and the bigger picture of what matters.

  2. Interrupt: understanding recurring patterns and creating emotional safety so stress and conflict no longer drive decisions.

  3. Streamline: designing practical systems and agreements that support day-to-day finances and shared goals.

  4. Empower: strengthening confidence, trust, and adaptability so couples can sustain progress and grow wealth together over time.

This framework keeps the work focused and intentional, while allowing the process to be tailored to each couple’s unique situation.

Client experiences.

“Dee was the perfect fit to help us navigate our conversations.”
We were so uncomfortable with the place we were at. One of us felt angry, and the other avoided money conversations. It was hard to find the right person, but Dee was a perfect fit for us. She helped us not only financially, but emotionally too. She’s that third party we needed to navigate our conversations and to cut to the core, to find the root causes.

And when we would get off the path, she would remind us of our goals and hold us to the fire. Now we see the light at the end of the tunnel and are prepared, with the tools she gave us, to build our future.

Mike & Lisa Bradley

I imagine us in 5 years living our best lives. Dee has spring-boarded us there.”
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dee and feel we’ve gained so much. A perfect example was when we were faced with a serious situation and had to make a sound decision about whether to move forward with an intense surgery for our sweet Sugar, and whether we were in a position to take such a large amount from our savings.

Together, we made the decision. It was done without one of us having to persuade or convince the other. We made it together, and that was a huge win, especially during a low time.

This work has truly made an impact on our money conversations, and we’re very grateful.

We’re out of debt now, thanks to the courage Dee gave us to make some big changes!”
Working with Dee was so worth it. We were tired of living the way we were and felt there was no way out, but we knew we needed to turn things around. From the beginning, Dee gave us the courage to make some big changes, and here we are now without credit card debt.

Since working with Dee, we’ve created new patterns that make money easier to talk about and much less stressful. It’s way easier for us to share goals and trust one another. What we really appreciated was Dee’s courage to tell us the truth, but to do it in a very kind way. She made an extra effort to understand how my mind works and helped us tailor systems that actually work for us.

Couples who work privately describe a shift in how they understand money, make decisions together, and move forward with confidence.

If this feels like a fit.

If you’ve made it this far, you’ve likely recognized yourselves somewhere in this work. Maybe you’re feeling hopeful. Maybe you’re still unsure. Both are okay.

A simple next step is to schedule your Financial Partnership Review session. We’ll talk about your situation so we knows what’s appropriate, before making an investment.
